Celebrating 4 years as Whole Food Plant Based (vegan)! Wow! 🎉 🥳 😋
🥑🫑🥙🌮🥘🥣🍳 Lots of education involved in these past 4 years! But there’s been so much tasty sampling and experimenting! Even with friends and family!
It’s been amazing and I’m still super excited about my decision to become a plant-based vegan.
Why? Simply KNOWING that I’m intentionally feeding my body, living foods, nutritious foods, clean, wholesome food from the Earth, blessed, and given by God… Lets me know that I’m living with gratitude in my heart and my soul and in my very cells!

Brazen describes something or someone overly bold and disrespectfully shameless, often in a way that is considered rude or shocking.
It can refer to a person‘s ideas, actions or behavior, or to the way something is done.
😔 It’s easy to reach for sugary foods for comfort when we’re dealing with low mood, depression, and anxiety. But what we may not know is that these same sugar foods are what perpetuate low mood, depression, and anxiety.

There’s a certain level of this we may never learn or know but understand that everything we put into our mouth, our body is either giving us energy or taking it away; healing or poisoning..,
